CAM Industrial Value Fund 2 LLC (the "Fund") has selected real estate industry veteran Bill Petak to serve as the initial member of its Strategic Advisory Board (the "Board"). The Board will be compromised of persons selected by the Manager of the Fund for their experience and expertise and will act as an advisor to the Manager and Investment Manager concerning the Fund's activities and operations. Bill Petak, a co-founder of CorAmerica Capital, LLC, manages such company's day-to-day operations, and along with others is responsible for sourcing and underwriting the firm's investments while serving as a member of its investment committee. Prior to the formation of CorAmerica Capital, LLC, Mr. Petak lead the U.S. mortgage lending business for American International Group, Inc. ("AIG"), including SunAmerica and American General insurance companies, which were acquired by AIG in 1999 and 2001 respectively. During Mr. Petak's tenure at AIG, he was president of AIG Mortgage Capital, LLC and ultimately responsible for AIG's regulated insurance portfolio of fixed income real estate investments nationwide. Mr. Petak also served on both the Securitized Products Group Committee and the Global Asset Allocation Committee for the regulated insurance companies owned by AIG.
