As Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Ms. Ray's primary responsibility is the execution of the investment strategy and
the business plan adopted for purchased investments by overseeing the strategic, operational and financial management of
the properties in the CAM Core+ Fund 1 LLC. As a result of her successful career performance Ms. Ray leads the asset management
team and has a seat on the Cohen Asset Management Investment Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 2004,
Ms. Ray spent several years in asset management at Kilroy Realty Corporation, a publicly traded REIT located in southern
California. Ms. Ray began her career in 1990 while working at Fujita Corporation, USA and is an active member of the
Building Owners Manager Association International (BOMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Commercial
Real Estate Women (CREW). Ms. Ray is a native of southern California where she attended California State University,
San Bernardino, with ongoing education at the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Ray is an active participant in the Los Angeles area philanthropic
community as a volunteer for the National Kidney Foundation and the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.

As Vice President of Asset Management Mr. Olson's primary responsibility is the execution of the investment
strategy and the business plan adopted for specific assets purchased by implementing the strategic,
operational and financial management of the non-fund property portfolio. Prior to joining Cohen Asset Management in 2002,
Mr. Olson was directing Champion Development Group's property management activities and began his real estate
career in 1991 by working with a subsidiary of Hazama Corporation, managing a diverse portfolio of properties
throughout California. Mr. Olson is a native of southern California where he attended the University of
California at Santa Barbara (UCSB), with ongoing education through UCLA Extension. Mr. Olson is an active participant
in the philanthropic community where he is involved with various outreach programs through St. Paul the Apostle
church, St. Roberts Center in Venice, and the Westside Family YMCA, as well as being active in the alumni at UCSB.

As Vice President of Investments, Ms. Kodera is primarily responsible for the financial modeling and analysis of prospective
acquisitions for Cohen Asset Management. Ms. Kodera coordinates the due diligence and underwriting and oversees all aspects of
the acquisition process for investments. Ms. Kodera has approximately 11 years of real estate experience, and prior
to joining the company in 2002, worked in the Valuation and Advisory Services department at CB Richard Ellis Investors.
Ms. Kodera was raised in Los Angeles and began her career after completing an undergraduate degree in Economics with a minor
in Mathematics from Occidental College, in addition to earning a master's degree in Economics with an emphasis in Business
and Financial Economics from the Claremont Graduate School.

As Associate Asset Manager, Mr. Weiner's primary responsibility is the implementation of the strategic, operational and financial management of the non-fund property portfolio. Prior to joining Cohen Asset Management in 2008, Mr. Weiner completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Arizona State University, specializing in Real Estate Finance. Prior to completing his MBA, Mr. Weiner worked as a financial analyst for a publicly traded software company in Tampa, FL, responsible for modeling and forecasting revenue. Mr. Weiner was raised in Rochester, NY and received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University — Bloomington. In Tampa, Mr. Weiner was involved with the young leadership division of the Tampa Chamber of Commerce and fund raising events with the American Cancer Society.
