As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Cohen oversees the business activities of Cohen Asset Management, Inc.,
the CAM Industrial Value Fund 2 LLC, CAM Core+ Fund 1 LLC, the Fund Managing Members and the Fund Investment Managers.
In targeting real estate investments that were undervalued due to vacancies, sub-optimal management, inefficient current uses,
deferred maintenance, long-term undervalued leases or other unfavorable market conditions, Mr. Cohen has applied a hands-on
approach to value-added and opportunistic investing. As an active member in the Los Angeles area community, he has served
and currently serves on various philanthropic and company boards and is an active participant in many charitable
organizations. Mr. Cohen has been a speaker at several industry conferences and is a member of Cohen Asset Management's
Investment Committee, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM) and the Pension
Real Estate Association (PREA). Mr. Cohen was raised in Los Angeles and began his career as an entrepreneur.

As a Principal and Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Delf oversees all of the investment activities of Cohen Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Delf joined
Cohen Asset Management in 1997, serving as the director of acquisitions and dispositions, and he has participated
in net leased industrial and office property transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. As a result of his successful
career performance, Mr. Delf leads the acquisition team and is Chairman and a member of the Investment Committee in addition to having
direct responsibility, with the Chief Operating Officer, for developing the strategic business plan adopted for assets
purchased. Mr. Delf earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University and a graduate degree in Real Estate
Development from the University of Southern California. He is an active participant of the National Association of
Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM), the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the National
Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). As a member of the Los Angeles area community, he is an active board member of the Los
Angeles Chapter Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Mr. Delf was raised in Calgary, Canada and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

As a Principal and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Haas' primary responsibilities include the execution of
the investment strategies of Cohen Asset Management. Mr. Haas is a member of the Investment Committee and also responsible for sourcing
value-added investment opportunities, and overseeing the portfolio management and disposition functions of the
properties. He is responsible for, with the Chief Investment Officer, the development of the
strategic business plan and is directly responsible for implementing and overseeing the strategic business
plan adopted for each asset purchased. Mr. Haas joined Cohen Asset Management in 2006 with approximately
twenty years of experience in real estate, including both institutional and entrepreneurial roles. Mr. Haas spent
seven years with INVESCO Real Estate where, as a member of the acquisitions team, he was responsible for
executing INVESCO's opportunistic/value-added investment strategy participating
in transactions totaling more than $1 billion. Mr. Haas resides in Los Angeles and
earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his MBA from the University of Michigan. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute
(ULI), Cornell Real Estate Council, the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers
(NAREIM). As a member of the Los Angeles area community, he is involved in numerous
philanthropic organizations, such as the Doheny Eye Institute.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. McGinness oversees the finance and administration of CAM Industrial Value Fund 2, CAM Core+ Fund 1 and Separate Accounts as well as Cohen Asset Management, Inc. and its affiliated entities. Mr. McGinness has overall operational oversight for investment accounting and reporting, risk management and regulatory compliance. Mr. McGinness brings more than 17 years of experience in finance and accounting through various management positions and holds a seat on the Cohen Asset Management, Inc. Investment Committee. Born and raised in Southern California, Mr. McGinness earned his acceptance as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California following his studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated with a degree in business economics. Prior to joining Cohen Asset Management, Inc., Mr. McGinness worked at the Macerich Company (NYSE: MAC) and BentleyForbes Holdings, LLC heading up the financial and regulatory reporting, systems and compliance areas. Mr. McGinness started his career in Los Angeles with the Business Assurance practice of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. As a member of the Los Angeles area community, he is active in several philanthropic and charitable organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Mr. McGinness was raised in San Diego, California and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
