As Portfolio Accountant, Mr. Beedle leads the financial group primarily responsible for the accounting and reporting for Cohen Asset Management's comingled funds portfolio. Mr. Beedle works directly with Cohen Asset Management's outside independent auditors and is responsible for the oversight of all accounting functions for assets within those entities. Mr. Beedle's approximate thirty year career in accounting and finance in the real estate industry includes roles at American Realty Advisors where he managed reporting for separate accounts, closed and open-ended funds and Cushman & Wakefield where he managed accounting and reporting for corporate and institutional clients. Mr. Beedle is an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM) and has held memberships in BOMA and NCREIF, where he served on the compliance committee. Mr. Beedle earned his degree in business administration with an emphasis on real estate finance at the University of Southern California. A native of California, Mr. Beedle has been a long time active member, and docent, with the Los Angeles Conservancy, a coach with the Special Olympics, and a board member of "La Madre de los Pobres", an international, non-profit, charitable organization.

As Vice President of Portfolio Accounting, Ms. Sarmiento's primary responsibility is to oversee the accounting of the CAM Industrial Value Fund 2 LLC. Ms. Sarmiento works directly with the outside independent auditors for the CAM Industrial Value Fund 2 LLC in addition to being responsible for the oversight of all accounting functions, including managing credit and collections, purchasing and payables, and cash flow management, as well as generating the monthly and year-end financial statements for each asset. Additionally, she is responsible for managing the overall information technology systems within the company. Ms. Sarmiento earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University, Philippines and was awarded a CPA license after passing the Certified Public Accountant board exam in the Philippines. In the past, Ms. Sarmiento headed various organizations such as the Youth for Christ and Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants. As an active member in the Los Angeles community, she is currently involved with Young Professionals Group as Volunteer Chair, whose volunteer and fund raising activities are geared towards fighting homelessness. YPG is currently serving the Good Shepherd Center for Homeless Women and Children, a non-sectarian program providing mobile outreach, drop-in, emergency shelter, transitional living and long-term housing for homeless women & children in Los Angeles. She is also an active member of American Martyrs Parish in Manhattan Beach, California.

As Staff Accountant, Ms. Arenas' primary responsibility is to manage the accounting for the wholly owned corporate entities of Cohen Asset Management, Inc. and reports directly to the President and CEO. Ms. Arenas leads the overall accounting functions of Cohen Asset Management, Inc's administrative accounts and investments outside of CAM Fund 1 LLC, CAM Industrial Value Fund 2 LLC as well as the Legacy Properties including regulatory reporting requirements and preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns. These duties include cash management, monitoring of investment accounts, monthly fund flow analysis, management of intercompany transactions, as well as annual and quarterly budget preparation, reporting and presentation for corporate entity accounts. Ms. Arenas completed her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. Theresa's College, and her Master's degree in Business Management from the University of the Philippines. Ms Arenas was a member of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants in her undergraduate studies and as an active member of the Los Angeles community is currently an active member of Singles for Christ, a Catholic evangelistic ministry for single men and women all over the world.

As Staff Accountant, Ms. Carri's main responsibility is to oversee the accounting of the Legacy Properties and affiliates of Cohen Asset Management, Inc. Ms. Carri is responsible for all general accounting and financial reporting functions for the affiliated entities including the analysis and preparation and presentation of cash flow and profit & loss statements along with performing crucial functions such as cash management, loan servicing, tax planning and the preparation of tax working papers. Ms. Carri also works directly with Cohen Asset Management's bankers, lenders, auditors, tax accountants and asset managers on all matters related to the affiliated entities consisting of the legacy properties. As a valued member of the accounting staff, Ms. Carri brings over 20 years of accounting experience to her day to day activities. Ms. Carri started her career in the Philippines while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting from the University of the East in Manila. Ms. Carri is involved with her local parish in Anaheim, California where she contributes her time assisting several food aid programs located in the Philippines. Ms. Carri resides in Southern California and as an active member of the community supports various charitable projects such as the Music ministry of St Boniface Catholic Church.

As Staff Accountant- Accounts Payable, Ms. Landayan's primary responsibilities include all aspects of accounts payable and receivable functions for the affiliated entities of Cohen asset Management, Inc including the CAM Core+ Fund 1 LLC and the GAP CAM Master LLC entities while reporting directly to the Portfolio Accountant. Ms. Landayan is accountable for the review and processing of invoices including the securing of back-up documentation, journal entry coding while working together with the responsible asset manager. Ms. Landayan also works directly with the Controller involving special projects associated with yearend accounting. Ms. Landayan was raised in the Philippines and earned a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from University of Santo Tomas in Manila. Prior to joining Cohen Asset Management, Inc., Ms. Landayan spent several years as a congressional staff at the House of Representatives of the Philippines before moving to the United States in 2004. As a resident of Los Angeles Ms. Landayan is currently an active member of Couples for Christ, a movement intended for the renewal and strengthening of Christian family life.

As Staff Accountant - Accounts Receivable, Mr. Nooppakoon's main responsibility is to manage the accounts receivable functions for the Legacy Properties, CAM Core+ Fund 1 LLC, and the CAM Industrial Value Fund 2 LLC entities of Cohen Asset Management, Inc. while reporting directly to the Comptroller. Mr. Nooppakoon is responsible for the creation of all monthly tenant charges such as rent, CAM, Tax and Insurance charges and is involved in the preparation of deposits received in the form of checks, ACH, or wire transfers. Mr. Nooppakoon also meets on a regular basis with asset management to discuss the current status of tenant accounts and to update monthly collection reports. Prior to working with Cohen Asset Management, Mr. Nooppakoon interned with Provencio Advisory Services, providing consulting services and performing financial statement reviews in the Healthcare Industry. Mr. Nooppakoon earned his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Bachelors of Business Administration degrees from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Mr. Nooppakoon currently resides in Los Angeles and is an active member of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA).

As Senior Property Accountant, Mr. Segura's primary responsibility is to oversee the accounting of the Legacy Properties and affiliates of Cohen Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Segura works closely with asset management, and in conjunction with his colleagues, is responsible for all general accounting and financial reporting functions for the affiliated entities including the analysis and preparation and presentation of cash flow and profit & loss statements along with performing crucial functions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable, cash management, loan servicing, tax planning and the preparation of tax working papers. Mr. Segura also works directly with Cohen Asset Management's bankers, lenders, tax accountants and asset managers on all matters related to the affiliated entities consisting of the legacy properties. As a valued member of the accounting staff, Mr. Segura brings several years of accounting experience to his day to day activities. After graduating from the University of California Santa Barbara, Mr. Segura began his real estate career at Watt Companies in Los Angeles. Mr. Segura resides in Southern California and as an active member of the community supports various charitable projects such as the Meals on Wheels organization, the Los Angeles Mission and the World Wildlife Fund.

As Senior Accountant, Ms. Schachter's primary responsibility is to manage the accounting for the wholly owned corporate entities of Cohen Asset Management, Inc. and reports directly to the President and CEO. Ms. Schachter leads the overall accounting functions of Cohen Asset Management's administrative accounts and investments outside of its real estate investments including regulatory reporting requirements and preparation of financial statements and tax returns. These duties include cash management, monitoring of investment accounts, monthly cash flow analysis, management of intercompany transactions, as well as annual and quarterly budget preparation and presentation of reports for corporate entity accounts. Ms. Schachter attended California State University Northridge and began her real estate career at Moss & Company in Los Angeles. As a native of Southern California, Ms. Schachter is an active member of the community and involved with organizations such as the Eagle Rock Yacht Club and charitable projects such as L. A. Works.

As Senior Property Accountant Mr. Baloyan leads the financial group primarily responsible for the accounting and reporting for Cohen Asset Management’s Legacy Properties and affiliates of Cohen Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Baloyan works directly with the firms outside independent auditors and is responsible for the oversight of all accounting functions for assets within those entities. After earning his undergraduate degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his MBA from California State University of Northridge, Mr. Baloyan began his real estate career at CIM Group in Los Angeles. Mr. Baloyan is a native Southern Californian and as an active member of the Los Angeles community, Mr. Baloyan is a mentor at Generation Next as well as the head coach of men’s Junior Varsity basketball team at YMCA of Glendale.
