As a Senior Vice President of Investments, Mr. Freeman is primarily responsible for transaction origination and is part of the group that oversees the analysis of investments located in the East Coast Target Markets consisting primarily of Baltimore, Philadelphia, Allentown, New York and New Jersey. Mr. Freeman has over twenty years of real estate experience and prior to joining the Investment Team, previously served as the Senior Regional Director and the Senior Investment Officer for the Eastern Region of First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. where he was responsible for all of the company's acquisition, development, redevelopment, repositioning, disposition, leasing, operation and asset management activities throughout the East Coast. Over the course of his career, Howard has completed over $2 billion in single-asset and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, land and vertical developments, sale-leaseback transactions, joint ventures and operating company investments. Early in his career, Howard worked with Coopers & Lybrand's National Real Estate Advisory Services practice where he acquired, managed, restructured and disposed of underperforming and underutilized assets while conducting valuation and due diligence for many large real estate debt and equity transactions on behalf of numerous institutional clients. Mr. Freeman resides in New Jersey, where he is an active member of the community coaching youth soccer and baseball. Mr. Freeman is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Freeman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from Cornell University in addition to a Masters in Business Administration degree in Finance from Columbia University.

As Vice President of Investments, Mr. Mitchell is primarily responsible for transaction origination and is part of the group that oversees the analysis
of investments. Mr. Mitchell has over 11 years of real estate experience and joined the acquisition team in 2006, previously working in acquisitions for
Larwin Investment Company. Early in his career, Mr. Mitchell worked in asset management and was involved in acquisitions at Morguard Investment Limited,
a Canadian-based institutional commercial real estate advisor. Mr. Mitchell resides in Los Angeles, is an active member of the Los Angeles area community
and has spent several years volunteering as a Big Brother in the Big Brothers organization. Mr. Mitchell has been a speaker at the University of
Southern California (USC) Lusk School for Real Estate, is actively involved with USC as a mentor for graduate real estate students and is an active board
member of the USC School of Policy, Planning and Development's alumni board. Mr. Mitchell is a member of the National Association of Industrial and
Office Properties (NAIOP) and has served on its Southern California Chapter's Membership Committee. Mr. Mitchell was raised in Vancouver, Canada,
and began his career after completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Real Estate at the University of British Columbia in addition to completing his
Master of Real Estate degree at the University of Southern California. Mr. Mitchell is also a
CFA charterholder.
