PRIVATE REAL ESTATE FIRM, COHEN ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF A 100% LEASED INDUSTRIAL DISTRIBUTION BUILDING LOCATED IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA  

Los Angeles, California (September 1, 2017)

CAM Investment 354 LLC, an affiliate of industrial and commercial real estate investment firm Cohen Asset Management, Inc. announced the acquisition of an approximate 46,000 square foot cold storage industrial distribution building positioned on nearly 2.5 acres. The asset is located at 3717 West Washington Street in Phoenix, Arizona and is 100% leased to Penske Logistics LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Penske Truck Leasing. The Property serves as the dedicated facility for Penske to distribute Starbucks inventory to all Starbucks locations throughout Arizona. The facility is located in the Southwest Phoenix Industrial Submarket, which is the largest distribution market in Phoenix and has been considered the favored location for warehouse/distribution users for many years.
