PRIVATE REAL ESTATE FIRM, COHEN ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF A 100% LEASED BUILDING IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA  

Los Angeles, California (November 15, 2016)

CAM Investment 346 LLC, an affiliate of industrial and commercial real estate investment firm Cohen Asset Management, Inc. announced the acquisition of a 100% leased institutional quality industrial building comprised of an approximate 500,000 square foot state‐of‐the‐art distribution facility situated on approximately 23 acres of land (~45% site coverage ratio) located at 1115 N 47th Avenue and 4411 W Roosevelt Street in Phoenix, AZ. The Property is 100% leased to Alliance Beverage Distributing Co., LLC, which operates under the name Breakthru Beverage of Arizona through December 31, 2031.
