PRIVATE REAL ESTATE FIRM, COHEN ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF A 100% LEASED INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA  

Los Angeles, California (August 11, 2016)

CAM Investment 338 LLC, an affiliate of industrial and commercial real estate investment firm Cohen Asset Management, Inc. announced the acquisition of a 100% leased institutional quality industrial building comprised of an approximate 467,000 square foot state‐of‐the‐art facility situated on approximately 46 acres of land (~23% site coverage ratio) located at 9081 West Washington Street in Tolleson, Arizona (Phoenix MSA). The Property is 100% leased to Home Depot through July 2030.
