PRIVATE REAL ESTATE FIRM, COHEN ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF AN 18 BUILDING INDUSTRIAL PORTFOLIO LOCATED IN FORT WORTH, TEXAS

CAM Capital 356 LLC, an affiliate of industrial and commercial real estate investment firm Cohen Asset Management, Inc. announced the acquisition of an eighteen-building industrial portfolio located in the city of Richland Hills which is centrally located between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas in the “East Fort Worth Submarket”.  The Portfolio is located just west of the convergence of highways SH-121 and I-820, two major freeways serving the Dallas- Fort Worth (“DFW”) region, which enables the Portfolio’s tenants to serve their customer base throughout the DFW areas.

“With this acquisition we are excited to add a very functional and 93% leased portfolio of assets to our growing portfolio in the Dallas- Fort Worth marketplace”, stated Jason Haas, Executive Vice President and COO.  At this time, Cohen Asset Management’s Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas portfolio totals 28 buildings in addition to future undeveloped industrial zoned land and, is consistent with Cohen’s overall investment strategy that seeks stable, predictable cash flow coupled with opportunities to create additional value through its proven effective active asset management approach.
