CAM Orbiter LLC, an affiliate of industrial and commercial real estate investment firm Cohen Asset Management, Inc., announced the acquisition of an institutional quality industrial building in the North Orange County submarket of Brea, California consisting of 101,000 square feet situated on approximately 6 acres of land.  The property acquired through a sale-leaseback transaction is the home to PennySaver USA Publishing that has operated from this location for several years. “We are excited to expand our industrial footprint in Southern California with this acquisition, and we will continue to aggressively seek opportunities to acquire properties that possess superior locations and functionality for the markets they serve,” said Brandon Delf, Executive Vice President and CIO.
