PRIVATE REAL ESTATE FIRM, COHEN ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF A FULLY LEASED INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA  

Los Angeles, California (June 16, 2017)

Brisack Road Industrial Capital LLC through its subsidiary CAM Investment 352 LLC, an affiliate of industrial and commercial real estate investment firm Cohen Asset Management, Inc. announced the acquisition of an approximate 80,000 square foot industrial distribution building positioned on approximately 4 acres of land located at 824 E. University Drive in Phoenix Arizona. The property is 100% leased to DIRTT, a leading technology-driven manufacturer of highly customized interiors and a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
