PRIVATE REAL ESTATE FIRM, COHEN ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. ANNOUNCES THE DISPOSITION OF A 100% LEASED HIGH TECH INDUSTRIAL BUILDING LOCATED ON THE PRICE ROAD CORRIDOR IN CHANDLER, ARIZONA  

Los Angeles, California (September 14, 2018)

Cohen Asset Management, Inc. (the “Company” or “CAM)”, a private real estate investment firm focused on owning and operating industrial properties in select Target Markets, today announced that Airpark Industrial LLC, disposed of a 68,000-square foot high tech industrial building situated on approximately 5.6 acres of land in addition to an adjacent unimproved parcel containing approximately 3 acres located at 1800 South Price Road in Chandler, Arizona. The property is leased to Iridium Communications and was acquired by Cohen Asset Management on behalf of Airpark Industrial LLC in August, 2014.
