PRIVATE REAL ESTATE FIRM COHEN ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. ANNOUNCES THE DISPOSITION OF AN APPROXIMATE 400,000 SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING LOCATED IN THE INLAND EMPIRE WEST LOCATION OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

CAM Francis LLC, an affiliate of industrial and commercial real estate investment firm Cohen Asset Management, Inc. announced the disposition of a 100% leased industrial building totaling 406,714 square feet situated on approximately 17 acres of land. The property, which was acquired in 2013 is located at 5491 E. Francis Street, in Ontario, California within the desirable Inland Empire West location. The building is 100% leased to Neovia Logistics who has been a longstanding tenant at the property for approximately 30 years.
