PRIVATE REAL ESTATE FIRM, COHEN ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF A 400,000 SQUARE FOOT WAREHOUSE/DISTRIBUTION BUILDING IN PHONEIX, ARIZONA

Cohen Arizona One LLC, an affiliate of industrial and commercial real estate investment firm Cohen Asset Management, Inc. announced the acquisition of a 100% leased institutional quality industrial building comprised of an approximate 400,000 square feet situated on nearly 26 acres of land located at 7200 W. Buckeye Road in Phoenix, Arizona’s well-located Southwest Valley Submarket.The Property is 100% leased to Home Depot through 2022.
