COHEN ASSET MANAGEMENT LEASING ACTIVITY; Q4 2016  

Los Angeles, California (January 1, 2017)

Cohen Asset Management, an owner operator of net leased income-producing industrial real estate, signed one new lease and two lease renewals during the 4th Quarter of 2016.

Phoenix, Arizona

Cohen Asset Management, Inc., a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of Cohen-Arizona One LLC, entered into a five (5) year lease renewal with a defense contractor at 7822 South 46th Street in Phoenix, Arizona. 

Dallas, Texas

Cohen Asset Management, Inc. a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of CAM Pinnacle Industrial LLC, entered into a new five (5) year lease with Online Tech Stores, LLC at 4310 Adler Drive in Dallas, Texas. Online Tech Stores supplies laser toner, inkjet cartridges, laptop batteries and charges through on line sales. This distribution center is an expansion of Online Tech Stores warehouse operations in Nevada.  Online Tech Stores LLC has been in operation since 2009.

Pine Brook, New Jersey

Cohen Asset Management, Inc., a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of 10 Bloomfield A and B Pinebrook NJ, LLC, entered into a five (5) year and five (5) month lease amendment with Alvogen, Inc.  at 10 Bloomfield Avenue, Pine Brook, NJ.  Alvogen, Inc. is a global pharmaceuticals company, specializing in product development, contract manufacturing and research and sales of generic medicines, biosimilars and OTC’s.  Tom Consiglio and Greg Sabato of Resource Realty represented the landlord in the industrial real estate transaction.
