Cohen Asset Management, an owner operator of net leased income-producing industrial real estate, executed several new leases and amendments to extend occupancy during the 4th Quarter of 2018.

Phoenix, Arizona

Cohen Asset Management, Inc., a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of 801 South 16th Industrial LLC, executed a new five-year lease  with New River Alliance, LLC, (“New River”) for space located at 801 South 16th Street in Phoenix, Arizona which brings occupancy for this multi-tenant property to 100%.  New River is a medicinal marijuana distributor with locations in both Washington and Arizona.  Commercial Properties Inc. represented the Tenant and Landlord in the industrial real estate transaction.

Dallas, Texas

Cohen Asset Management, Inc. a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of 356 Midway Venture LLC executed a new lease with Fetch Package, Inc. located at 7445 Tower Street in Richland Hills, Texas.  Fetch Package, Inc. provides off-site package delivery service for apartment buildings throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.  Jon Altschuler and Matt Troutt of Altschuler & Company represented the Tenant and Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Company represented the Landlord in the industrial real estate transaction.

Cohen Asset Management, Inc. a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of 356 Midway Venture LLC executed a new lease with Michael Stark dba North Hills Tire & Wheel  located at 7450 Dogwood Park in Richland Hills, Texas.  North Hills Tire & Wheel provides off road, truck, and automotive tires and wheels along with services for tires such as; balancing, rotation, repairs, pressure monitoring and tire installation.  Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Company represented both the Tenant and Landlord in the industrial real estate transaction.

Cohen Asset Management, Inc. a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of 356 Midway Venture LLC executed a new lease with Comen Enterprises LLC located at 7331 Airport Freeway in Richland Hills, Texas.  Comen Enterprises LLC provides installation and repair of highway safety products including; guardrail, crash cushion attenuators, highway and road signs, bridge and pedestrian rail, and reflective delineation for clients such as Texas Department of Transportation. Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Company represented both the Tenant and Landlord in the industrial real estate transaction.

Cohen Asset Management, Inc. a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of 356 Midway Venture LLC executed a lease extension with Perfection Plumbing and Steel, LLC located at 7336 Dogwood Park in Richland Hills, Texas.  Perfection Plumbing and Steel LLC provides both residential and commercial plumbing services and steel pipe products.  Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Company represented both the Tenant and Landlord in the industrial real estate transaction.

Cohen Asset Management, Inc. a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of CAM Investment 351 LLC and Alda West LLC executed a lease extension and relocation with AM Delivery and Trucking, Inc. located at 10390 Shady Trail, Suite 108, Dallas, Texas. AM Delivery and Trucking is a licensed and bonded freight shipping and trucking company out of Dallas.  Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Company represented both the Tenant and Landlord in the industrial real estate transaction.

Cohen Asset Management, Inc. a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of CAM Investment 351 LLC and Alda West LLC executed a lease expansion with P.B.E. Jobbers Warehouse, Inc. located at 10390 Shady Trail, Suite 106, Dallas, Texas. P.B.E. Jobbers Warehouse, Inc., established in 1976, is a paint body and equipment wholesaler with an extensive list of parts and materials servicing the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex out of this location.  Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Company represented both the Tenant and Landlord in the industrial real estate transaction.

Cohen Asset Management, Inc. a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of 10 Bloomfield A and B Pine Brook NJ, LLC executed a new lease with Auto Clear, LLC located at 10 Bloomfield Avenue, Pine Brook, New Jersey. Auto Clear, LLC designs, builds and distributes security screening systems that unite cutting-edge technology and user-friendliness with dedicated customer service. They create customized solutions for screening people, packages, baggage, cargo, vehicles and mail, offering detection capabilities that help defeat perpetrators and improve operational performance. The team of Tim Cadigan, Matthew Turse and John Recchia of Avison Young represented the Tenant and Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey represented the Landlord in the industrial real estate transaction.

Cohen Asset Management, Inc. a Los Angeles based private equity real estate investment firm, on behalf of 10 Bloomfield A and B Pine Brook NJ, LLC executed a new lease with Gorski Retail Group, LLC located at 10 Bloomfield Avenue, Pine Brook, New Jersey. Gorski Retail Group, LLC manufactures and distributes luxury outerwear, furs and accessories.  Peter Scrivo of Palestina Scrivo Realty Group represented the Tenant and Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey represented the Landlord in the industrial real estate transaction.
