The property was an attractive and functional 24 foot clear building constructed in 1996 comprised of approximately 40% office and 60% warehouse, assembly and fulfillment area.

Purchase - CAM identified an opportunity to acquire a four building portfolio located in Coppell, Texas totaling approximately 165,000 square feet that was 85% leased on a short-term basis at the time of acquisition. The sale included a contiguous 6 acre parcel of developable land that fronted a major freeway.
