The property features 22 foot clear heights and was one of fourteen properties purchased as part of a larger portfolio of buildings located in Eastern Pennsylvania.

Coppell Corporate Crossing, Coppell, TX Purchase - CAM identified an opportunity to acquire a 230,000 square foot industrial property comprised of three buildings in addition to 3 acres of developable land in Coppell, Texas. Developed during the tech bust in 2000 the project struggled through the original lease-up phase and at acquisition was 85% occupied.
