These assets are typically classified as warehouse space but the economic activity supported is not necessarily the shipment of goods. Small industrial assets support firms manufacturing components and acting as suppliers for larger organizations, consumer-oriented support services such as plumbing, electrical or auto-repair services, or any firm that needs some functional space to support clients in a five to fifty mile radius. These assets are generally under 400,000 square feet with the premises often divided to service multiple
tenants.

6845 Snowdrift Rd, Allentown, PA Purchase - CAM identified an opportunity to acquire a small industrial property that was vacant totaling approximately 93,000 square feet. The property features 22 foot clear heights and was one of fourteen properties purchased as part of a larger portfolio of buildings located in Eastern Pennsylvania.

Coppell Corporate Crossing, Coppell, TX Purchase - CAM identified an opportunity to acquire a 230,000 square foot industrial property comprised of three buildings in addition to 3 acres of developable land in Coppell, Texas. Developed during the tech bust in 2000 the project struggled through the original lease-up phase and at acquisition was 85% occupied.
