As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Cohen oversees the business activities and the strategic direction of Cohen Asset Management, a nationwide operator and value-added investor focused on the U.S. industrial real estate sector. Cohen Asset Management is guided by Mr. Cohen’s approximately 40 years of real estate experience as a hands on investor/operator who has overall responsibility for the management of the firm while serving as a member of Cohen Asset Management's Investment Committee. Mr. Cohen previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM) and was a past member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). Mr. Cohen was raised in Los Angeles where he currently resides.

As a Principal and the Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Delf oversees all of the investment activities of Cohen Asset Management and its affiliated entities. Mr. Delf joined Cohen Asset Management in 1997. With more than 20 years of real estate experience during his career, Mr. Delf has participated in industrial and office property transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. As a result of his successful career performance, Mr. Delf leads the acquisition team and is Chairman of the Cohen Asset Management Investment Committee in addition to having direct responsibility, with the Chief Operating Officer, for developing the strategic business plan adopted for assets purchased. Mr. Delf earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University and a graduate degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California. Mr. Delf has been a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM), the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and is often an active participant in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Delf was raised in Calgary, Canada and as an active member of the Los Angeles area community has served as a board member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

As a Principal and the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Haas' primary responsibilities include executing the investment strategies of Cohen Asset Management and its affiliated entities along with sourcing investment opportunities for the firm. Mr. Haas is a member of Cohen Asset Management’s Investment Committee and oversees the firm's institutional client relationships. Mr. Haas is responsible for, with the Chief Investment Officer, the development and implementation of the strategic business plan adopted for each asset purchased. Mr. Haas joined Cohen Asset Management in 2006 and brings more than 25 years of real estate experience. During his career he has participated in property transactions valued in excess of $2 billion, including institutional and entrepreneurial roles. Mr. Haas spent several years with INVESCO Real Estate where, as a member of the acquisitions team, he was responsible for executing INVESCO's opportunistic/value-added investment strategy participating in transactions totaling more than $1 billion. Subsequently, Mr. Haas co-founded Palisades Associates, a Southern California-based real estate investment firm, which acquired approximately $300 million of value-added commercial property investments throughout Southern California. Mr. Haas resides in Los Angeles and earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his MBA from the University of Michigan. Mr. Haas has been a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM), the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and is often an active participant in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he serves on an Industrial and Office Property Council. Mr. Haas was raised in Washington DC and as an active member of the Los Angeles area community, Mr. Haas is involved with the Doheny Eye Institute, as well as a participant in numerous other philanthropic organizations.

As a Principal and the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. McGinness oversees the finance and administration of Cohen Asset Management's portfolio of assets, including joint ventures, comingled funds and separate accounts. Mr. McGinness has overall operational oversight for investment accounting and reporting, information technology, risk management and regulatory compliance. Mr. McGinness brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting through various management positions and holds a seat on Cohen Asset Management's Investment Committee. Born and raised in Southern California, Mr. McGinness earned his acceptance as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California following his studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated with a degree in business economics. Prior to joining Cohen Asset Management, Mr. McGinness was a member of the finance teams at both the Macerich® (NYSE: MAC) and Bentley Forbes Holdings, LLC; managing the financial and regulatory reporting, systems and compliance areas for each company. Mr. McGinness was raised in San Diego and started his career in Los Angeles with the Business Assurance practice of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP and as an active member of the Los Angeles area community, Mr. McGinness is a participant in several philanthropic and charitable organizations.

As the Executive Vice President of Asset Management, Ms. Ray's oversees the asset management of Cohen Asset Management's portfolio, including joint ventures, comingled funds and separate accounts. Ms. Ray has overall responsibility, in conjunction with the portfolio manager designated for each asset, for the execution of the investment strategy and the business plan adopted for each investment by overseeing the strategic, operational and financial management of the properties. Ms. Ray joined Cohen Asset Management in 2004 with more than 20 years of real estate experience in both asset and portfolio management and holds a seat on Cohen Asset Management’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Cohen Asset Management, Ms. Ray was a member of the asset management team at Kilroy Realty Corporation, a publicly traded REIT located in southern California. Ms. Ray began her career in 1990 while working at Fujita Corporation, USA and has been a member of the Building Owners Manager Association International (BOMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Ms. Ray is a native of southern California where she attended California State University, San Bernardino and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). As an active member of the Los Angeles area community, Ms. Ray is a volunteer for the National Kidney Foundation and is an active participant as a Big Sister to Los Angeles youth through the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization as well as a participant in several other philanthropic and charitable organizations.
